About Joy Joy Joy
Drawing on the deep musical traditions and vibrant jazz scene of Bali, Joy Joy Joy brings together four of Indonesia's most dynamic instrumentalists. At the core, we have the versatile and commanding bass work of Kristian Dharma, whose expertise spans electric and upright, and the nuanced, inventive piano melodies of Irsa Destiwi, a classically trained jazz composer. The rhythmic foundation is powered by the prodigious talent of drummer Kanhaiya Dasa, a Bali-born phenom who brings a youthful energy and technical brilliance beyond his years. On guitar, Bam George adds his own distinctive touch, tying the complex soundscape together.
The ensemble's music is a fusion of modern and classic influences, rooted in jazz but freely exploring improvisational flights and a variety of genres. Their sound is sophisticated, combining Destiwi's melodic flair and rich harmonic language with Dharma's powerful, supportive bass lines. Dasa's drumming drives the group with exceptional groove and surprising complexity, while George's guitar adds texture and solos. This is a group that celebrates both deep musicality and the joy of spontaneous creation.

Yes, you can book a table on Mondays till Thursdays at any time. On our ticketed days (Fridays, and Saturdays), reservation slots may only available between 8 - 8.30 PM.
Yes, we have FDC (First Drink Charge) tickets on Fridays & Saturdays. On Wednesdays, all you need to do is just make a reservation, and you can enjoy the show with free entry.
Yes! We have Free Entry nights every Mondays to Thursdays.
On Fridays & Saturdays, you can also enter our bar for free if you come before 9 PM.
You are welcomed to come as you are, as long you're not wearing flip-flops or beverage branded singlet. Leather sandals are fine, we're not fussy ;)
Please note that our bar is located on the 2nd floor of IZE Seminyak Hotel on Jalan Kayu Aya no. 68, right above Meja Kitchen.
We have street parking space available for motorbikes / scooters only. We have limited parking space for small cars at IZE Seminyak hotel basement. For big cars, we suggest to park at Seminyak Square or Seminyak Village which is only 5 minutes away from Seken. To save the hassle, we strongly recommend you to come using online tax apps (Gojek / Grab).
No smoking is allowed indoors between 8 PM - 12 AM, vaping and iQos are allowed. Our outdoor deck is a perfect place for a cigarette break in between the sets.
Yes, we do! We serve seasonal mocktails based on what ingredients are available at the bar at that moment. Ask our bartenders to make one based on your preference. We also have soft drinks if you're in the mood for a plain one.
