1. Deposits for Regular Tables

Weekday: No pre-paid deposit required
-
Weekend: A pre-paid deposit of IDR 150,000 per person is required to confirm regular table reservations.
Any pre-paid deposit will be credited to your final bill. In the case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. VIP Table Reservations & Minimum Charge
VIP tables (max. 5 pax) require minimum charge, which must be paid in advance.
The minimum charge amount varies depending on the season and day of the week:

Weekdays (non-event nights): No minimum charge

Weekends & Events: Minimum spend applies (amount may differ during high and low seasons).
The pre-payment covers minimum spend/package only; extras billed separately.
3. Ticketed Events
For ticketed events, regular table reservations are limited and subject to availability.
VIP tables can be booked with a special ticket package, which will be announced per event.
4. General Policies

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time; after this, tables may be released.

All deposits, pre-payments, and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Management reserves the right to adjust pricing or minimum spends based on demand, season, or event type.
5. Rescheduling Option
If a reservation is impacted by an artist’s last-minute cancellation or force majeure and Seken cancels the event, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive credit for a future visit.
6. No Refunds for Guest-Initiated Cancellations
If guests choose to cancel their reservation due to weather concerns, sickness, or other circumstances not deemed extreme by management, the no-refund policy still applies.
7. No Pets or Children Allowed
Seken is an adult-only, 21+ venue. To maintain our atmosphere, pets and children are not permitted inside the venue.
8. Membership Perks
Members receive priority booking and special perks such as exclusive discounts on tickets or a complimentary first drink
9. Right of Admission & Service
Seken reserves the right to refuse entry or service at management’s discretion, in line with our house rules.
Group Bookings
At Seken, we welcome group bookings and private events.
1. General

We can accept online bookings: 2–10 guests for regular reservations.

Reservation with 11+ guests will be considered Group Booking → contact our Reservations Team.

Closed every Tuesday.
2. Weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thu)

VIP Table (5 guests): Bottle package from Rp 1.5M
-
Round Table (3 guests): Rp 150K minimum spend per person.

Outdoor VIP Table: Same as VIP indoor.

Outdoor High Table: No minimum spend (groups of 8+ may be redirected).
-
Prepayment: 50% required to confirm.
3. Weekends (Fri–Sun, Event Nights)

VIP Table (5 guests): Bottle package from Rp 1.5M
-
Round Table (3 guests): Rp 300K minimum spend per person, otherwise First Drink Charge (FDC) applies

Outdoor VIP Table: Same as VIP indoor.

Outdoor High Table: No minimum spend, subject to First Drink Charge (FDC) (groups of 8+ may be redirected).
-
Prepayment: 100% required to confirm (covers minimum spend/package only; extras billed separately).
4. Private Events & Buyouts

Should you want to book Seken for private events or buyout, please contact our reservation team.

Typically we will have a minimum spend which includes open bar with cocktails, spirits, beers, and bites.
5. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before → Full refund.
-
24–48 hours before → 50% refund.
-
Less than 24 hours / no-show → Non-refundable.
