About Kuda Kuda
Kuda Kuda is an experimental jazz collective by Palel Atmoko, a percussionist known for his work with the Indonesian rock-activist band Navicula (where he merges dynamic rhythms with socially charged energy) and the fusion soul band SoulFood. His percussive vision anchors a shifting ensemble, ensuring each show feels alive, spontaneous, and rooted in global rhythmic sensibilities. Started from a casual jam among friends, Kuda Kuda creates a definitive sound of its own: an experimental jazz sound with a blend of broken beats and latin percussions.
On drums is Kanhaiya, who began playing at age 3 and joined Bali’s jazz scenes and the Jazz Muda Indonesia project and was part of Balawan Batuan Ethnic Fusion (led by Balawan, known for his Magic Finger Touch tapping style on double neck guitar). Bam George brings angular guitar textures, while Kristian Dharma lays down bass lines that bridge groove and exploration. Together, their interplay over Palel’s percussive core gives Kuda Kuda a signature voice—improvisational, kinetic, genre-defying.

Yes, you can book a table on Mondays till Thursdays at any time. On our ticketed days (Fridays, and Saturdays), reservation slots may only available between 8 - 8.30 PM.
Yes, we have FDC (First Drink Charge) tickets on Fridays & Saturdays. On Wednesdays, all you need to do is just make a reservation, and you can enjoy the show with free entry.
Yes! We have Free Entry nights every Mondays to Thursdays.
On Fridays & Saturdays, you can also enter our bar for free if you come before 9 PM.
You are welcomed to come as you are, as long you're not wearing flip-flops or beverage branded singlet. Leather sandals are fine, we're not fussy ;)
Please note that our bar is located on the 2nd floor of IZE Seminyak Hotel on Jalan Kayu Aya no. 68, right above Meja Kitchen.
We have street parking space available for motorbikes / scooters only. We have limited parking space for small cars at IZE Seminyak hotel basement. For big cars, we suggest to park at Seminyak Square or Seminyak Village which is only 5 minutes away from Seken. To save the hassle, we strongly recommend you to come using online tax apps (Gojek / Grab).
No smoking is allowed indoors between 8 PM - 12 AM, vaping and iQos are allowed. Our outdoor deck is a perfect place for a cigarette break in between the sets.
Yes, we do! We serve seasonal mocktails based on what ingredients are available at the bar at that moment. Ask our bartenders to make one based on your preference. We also have soft drinks if you're in the mood for a plain one.
